The scope of work encompasses the supply, installation, laying, testing and commissioning of a modular wired fixed heavy-duty vertical stage lighting bar ladder system for the stage. This system is to be installed on both sides of the stage, ensuring optimal lighting effects and focus across the performance area. The lighting bars, constructed from 2" x 2" x 16-gauge mild steel tubes with a 6 ft length, will be interconnected with trussing using adequate clamps and securely hung from the existing grid systems for maximum flexibility. The installation must adhere to the design specifications and be carried out by a skilled team, ensuring strict compliance with the Architectural Drawings and instructions from the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). The mild steel bars shall undergo a thorough rust-free treatment, including wire brushing or sanding to prepare the surface, followed by two coats of zinc chromate red oxide primer for anti-corrosion protection. The bars will be finished with a sleek, black, quick-drying enamel paint, both inside and outside, to complement the stage environment. The bars will accommodate built-in power with 2.5mm cables connected to 16A industrial SCHUKO sockets, along with DMX signal outlets, ensuring seamless integration with lighting fixtures for precise control and effects. MS material must meet the approved makes (TATA, JINDAL, KAMDHENU, APOLLO) and adhere to the highest standards of quality, precision, and safety. Higher or improved specifications beyond those mentioned are encouraged, provided they meet the specified make and standards, with no deviations accepted. The delivered product must come fully calibrated, ready for immediate use, and include an unconditional one year warranty. Comprehensive onsite training must be provided to the end-user to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the installed equipment, ensuring the system's long-term effectiveness and reliability. The scope of this specification covers the MS (Mild Steel) fabrication work only. The cost associated with wiring and connectors is not included in this specification.
